Privacy Policy

The short version

We do not ask you to create an account, and we do not collect your name, address or payment details. What we do collect is limited analytics about how pages are used, plus the technical information your browser sends with any web request, plus an affiliate referral marker if you click through to an operator.

What we collect

• Technical request data. Your IP address, browser type and version, operating system, device type, referring page and the time of your request. Your browser sends this to any site you visit, and it is used for security, fraud prevention and aggregate reporting.
• Usage analytics. Which pages are viewed, how long a page is open, scroll depth and which links are clicked, held in aggregate. We use this to work out which pages are unclear or unfinished.
• Affiliate referral data. When you click a link to an operator, that operator receives a marker identifying this site as the referrer, so commission can be attributed. We do not receive your identity, your account details or your gambling activity in return. What we may see is an aggregate count of accounts opened.
• Messages you send us. If you email the editorial address, we hold your message and address in order to reply.

We do not collect special category data, we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 21, and we do not sell personal information.

Cookies and similar technologies

Cookies are small files a site stores in your browser. This site uses two kinds. Essential cookies make the site function and cannot be switched off from here. Analytics cookies record aggregate usage as described above.

Operators you click through to set their own cookies under their own privacy policies, over which we have no control. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and most browsers offer a per-site control. Blocking analytics cookies does not affect your use of this site.

Who we share data with

We share data with our hosting provider, which processes requests in order to serve pages, and with our analytics provider, which processes usage data on our behalf. We share the referral marker with affiliate networks and operators as described above. We may disclose data where the law requires it, or to investigate suspected fraud or abuse of the site. We do not sell or rent personal information to anyone.

How long we keep it

Server logs are retained for a short operational period and then deleted. Aggregate analytics are retained for up to 26 months. Email correspondence is retained for as long as needed to handle the matter and any follow-up, then deleted.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to or restrict certain processing, and not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights. Because we hold very little personal information and no account records, in most cases the answer to an access request is that we hold nothing beyond server logs and, if you have written to us, your correspondence.

Security

This site is served over HTTPS, and we apply reasonable technical measures to protect the limited data we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please do not send sensitive personal or financial information by email.

Third-party sites

This policy covers this site only. Operators, regulators and support organisations we link to have their own privacy policies, and we recommend reading the policy of any operator before you register with it. An operator will collect substantially more information about you than we do, including identity documents and financial details.

Children

This site is intended for adults aged 21 and over, consistent with Arizona's minimum gambling age. We do not knowingly collect information from minors. If you believe a minor has provided information to us, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy, and the date at the top of the page shows the last revision. Material changes will be reflected here rather than notified individually, since we hold no mailing list.
