Corrections, factual queries and press. We are not an operator and cannot access your casino account.

What to write to us about

  • Corrections. A bonus figure, wagering multiple, statute reference or date that is wrong. Please include the page and the specific claim. Corrections are made on the page with a note.
  • Terms that have changed. Operators revise offers without notice. If you have found a live discrepancy between what we publish and what an operator's terms now say, that is genuinely useful to us.
  • Questions about Arizona gambling law. We cannot give legal advice, but if something on the site is unclear we would rather rewrite it than leave it unclear.
  • Press and research queries. Including requests to cite our criteria or methodology.

What we cannot help with

We are an independent publisher, not a gambling operator or an agent for one. We have no access to any account, balance, bonus or withdrawal at any site listed here, and we cannot intervene in a dispute with an operator, release a stalled payout, or verify your identity documents. Those requests have to go to the operator's own support team and, if that fails, to the regulator named in its licence.

It is worth repeating what that means in Arizona specifically. The Arizona Department of Gaming does not license, audit or regulate any offshore casino operator, so it is not an escalation route for a dispute with one. The only body with jurisdiction is the regulator that issued the operator's licence.

If you need gambling support

If gambling is causing harm to you or someone close to you, please do not write to us first. The Arizona Division of Problem Gambling runs a free and confidential statewide helpline on 1-800-NEXT-STEP, and the national helpline is 1-800-GAMBLER. Both operate around the clock. Our responsible gambling page sets out the warning signs, the account-level controls available at each site, and how Arizona's self-exclusion programme works.

Age statement

This site is intended for adults aged 21 and over. Arizona's minimum gambling age is 21, and it is not 18 regardless of what an individual operator's own terms may say.
